Our Workmanship Warranty

Every Electrocraft vinyl floor installation is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. This covers any issues arising from the physical installation process, including:

  • Plank separation or gaps forming between joints.

  • Warping or lifting along the edges or skirting boards.

  • Hollow spots resulting from subfloor preparation issues.

Daily Care & Maintenance

To keep your new vinyl floors looking flawless for decades, follow these simple, low-effort maintenance tips:

The Do's

  • Sweep or Vacuum Daily: Remove loose dirt, grit, and dust particles that can act as mild abrasives on the surface wear layer.

  • Damp Mop Only: Use a well-wrung microfiber mop with clean water or a pH-neutral vinyl floor cleaner.

  • Wipe Spills Immediately: While our SPC vinyl is 100% waterproof, clearing spills quickly prevents liquid from seeping into the subfloor joints over time.

The Don'ts

  • Avoid Steam Mops: High heat and localized moisture pressure can weaken the click-lock joints and underlayment over time.

  • No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, ammonia, wax, or highly abrasive scrubbing pads, as they can dull or scratch the protective top coat.

  • Never Drag Heavy Furniture: Lift furniture entirely when moving it, or use felt protective pads under table and chair legs.
